Lamb Chops
Also called "Baby Lamb Chops" these chops are incredibly tender for your dining pleasure. Broil or Grill at high heat for a tender, juicy morsel that you'll want to eat right off the bone, chops are cut 1" and NOT frenched.

Our most tender and elegant lamb roast will dazzle your guests when it comes to the table, and delight even more when it first hits the tongue. The rack is cut from the rib and includes 8 connected chops. Allow 2 chops per person. This roast is NOT Frenched.

Lamb Shoulder Chops
These chops are meaty and flavorful. Larger than our lamb chops, these shoulder chops make a hearty meal. Marinate and broil or grill at high heat.

Lamb Rainbow Chops
Also called "Round-Bone Chops", these bone-in chops are cut from the lower part of the shoulder and feature the incredibly tasty and tender rainbow meat, the same morsels we use in our delicious kabobs. Please note that the fat content of this cut varies from during the year based on the size of the lamb.

Lamb Cubes for Stew/Kabob
These boneless lamb cubes are cut from the shoulder and are tender enough to use in any recipe calling for boneless lamb. Lean and full of flavor, these cubes will make a perfect stew, or they can be marinated and used for kabobs.

These BONE-IN slices from the neck are cut ~1.5" thick and are ready for your stew pot. This will make a dinner that will really stick to your ribs!

These lamb ribs are cut 3-4" long and contain 3-4 ribs. Perfect for slow cooking or smoking, these ribs have the most succulent fat of them lamb that renders out while cooking and adds incredible flavor. They'll be meltingly tender after 5+ hours of cooking.

Lamb Broth
This CLEAR broth is made from nothing but our pastured lamb bones and water. Simmered for hours and then strained, this broth is a perfect base for pho, French onion soup, or another recipe calling for lamb stock.

A mix of bones with some meat attached that will simmer up into a delicious lamb broth (if you're making stew, we recommend adding Lamb for Stew to your order).

In summer the lamb get a haircut! Our shorn hides are about 1/4-1/2" thick. They're perfect for covering a chair or sofa, using as a rug or as a light-weight throw to keep your feet warm while curled up with a book. Tanned locally in Pennsylvania. Machine Washable. Hides areapproximately 2x3' and grey/white (Sizes and colors vary).
Note: Hides will be mailed separately from meat. Price includes shipping & handling and tax. Packing & refrigerant fees will show on your receipt but will be removed before your card is charged if not applicable.
