We here at Grow and Behold are looking forward to helping you create memorable and delicious Passover meals. We strongly encourage you to place your order early to ensure that we have what you need! If you are looking for a custom cut of beef or lamb, please be in touch early. We generally need at least 10 days of lead time for custom cutting during our busy season. Kosher For Passover Items All raw beef, chicken and turkey cuts, except for ground chicken and turkey, are always Kosher for Passover, even if there is no specific "Kosher for Passover" marking on the package. Order deadlines Shipping We will be shipping on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday from now until Passover -- including the week before Passover for last minute orders. Order by 1pm EST Mon-Thursday for same day shipping. Please place your orders early in the week so take advantage of longer (cheaper) shipping times! The last possible date to order for shipping before Passover is Thursday, March 21st (one-day ground and overnight (express) shipping only). > Shipping Information and Rates New York Area Delivery We will deliver in the NY Area every week until Passover. Our last deliveries in NYC will be Thursday, March 21st. We will not be delivering during Chol HaMoed. Delivery will resume Thursday, April 4th. Orders are due by 6:30AM the day before delivery (ie, 6:30AM Monday for Tuesday delivery). We will accommodate late orders as much as possible. If we are able to add your order to our regular delivery route, there will be no late charge; if we can't add your order to our delivery route (because the order came in the night before, or on the day of delivery), there will be a $20 delivery fee added to your order. If you are ordering on the day of delivery in your area, you will not be able to select the current date for delivery on our website -- however we may still be able to deliver your order within 1-2 days. Write in the comments section that you'd like your order delivered this week, and email us at info@growandbehold.com with your request. We will do everything we can to make sure you get your meat for Passover! We are NOT delivering during Chol Hamoed in NY, so please make sure you have what you need for the second days. We will resume delivery on Thursday, April 4th (all NY deliveries on one day). Extra Delivery / Last Minute Orders: We have added an extra delivery day: we will deliver in Manhattan, Riverdale and New Jersey on Tuesday, March 19th and again on Thursday, March 21st. Orders are due by 6:30am the day before. You'll have the option to select Tuesday or Thursday delivery when you check out. We will also be offering Pick-Up from our Red Hook, Brooklyn Warehouse on Thursday afternoon, March 21st and Friday morning March 22nd. Our warehouse is located in between Ikea and Fairway in Red Hook. Exact address will be in your e-mail receipt. * Orders will be due by 12pm on Thursday, March 21 for pick-up Thursday afternoon between 2-5pm. * Orders will be due by 7am on Friday, March 22 for pick-up on Friday morning between 9am-12pm. Philadelphia and South/Central Jersey Delivery We deliver to seven locations in the Philadelphia area every two weeks. Delivery dates before Passover are as follows. Making Changes To Your Order Place your order early to ensure that we have what you need! In order to manage our Passover inventory, we will be locking orders after a certain date (see below). After this date, you will not be able to make adjustments to your order online. If you need to make a substitution or cancellation, email us at info@growandbehold.com. A $10 restocking fee may apply. You can purchase additional items by placing a new order (we will pack your orders together and remove any extraneous shipping/delivery charges, if applicable). Lock dates: * For Buying Club orders, we may lock orders up to 7 days before the deadline. * For Philadelphia Area orders (due 3/27), you may not edit your order after 3/25, but we may lock previously placed order up to 1 week before the deadline. * For Philadelphia Area orders, NY area delivery, and shipping orders, we may lock your order by the Wednesday preceding the ship or delivery date.
